Doric Real Estate has begun a $200,000 renovation of its Prospect Plaza property. The project includes updating and enlarging the buildings sign band, the exterior signage, extensive new lighting and landscaping, new paving, as well as a long list of other updates. The renovation is expected to be completed by Fall of 2012.
